Terms & Conditions

Savvy Digital Studio LLC ("Savvy Digital Studio," "we," "us," or "our") is a digital strategy and technology services company based in Tampa, Florida. We provide CRM platform setup and management, AI tool building, instructional design, eLearning development, business systems strategy, workshops, and digital education products.

All services and deliverables are digital in nature. No physical goods are provided unless explicitly stated in a separate written agreement.

These Terms and Conditions apply to all products and services offered by Savvy Digital Studio, including but not limited to:

• SavvySuite CRM — monthly and annual subscription accounts, managed accounts, and agency sub-accounts
• Live workshops, virtual training events, and group coaching programs
• Digital products including recorded courses, templates, prompt toolkits, and downloadable resources
• Done-for-you and done-with-you services including CRM setup, AI tool builds, instructional design, and systems strategy
• Community memberships and coaching access programs

Where a separate written agreement or Statement of Work exists for a specific engagement, the terms of that agreement govern. These Terms and Conditions apply to all matters not addressed by a separate agreement.

All fees are due as invoiced. Setup fees are due upon receipt of invoice and are required before account provisioning or project work begins.

Subscription fees for SavvySuite CRM are billed monthly or annually depending on the plan selected at activation. Workshop and digital product fees are due in full at the time of purchase.

Savvy Digital Studio accepts payment via Stripe. By providing payment information, you authorize Savvy Digital Studio to charge the applicable fees to your payment method. All prices are listed in USD.

Accounts with outstanding balances may be suspended until payment is received. Savvy Digital Studio reserves the right to discontinue service for non-payment after reasonable notice.

All SavvySuite CRM setup fees and subscription payments are non-refundable. There are no refunds for setup fees, monthly subscription charges, or unused time remaining in any billing period. If you have a billing concern, contact us and we will review it in good faith. This does not constitute a guarantee of refund.

Project deposits and retainer payments are non-refundable once work has commenced. Cancellations prior to project start may be eligible for a partial credit at Savvy Digital Studio's discretion.

All sales of digital products, recorded courses, templates, and downloadable resources are final. Due to the immediate and irrevocable nature of digital access, no refunds are offered once a digital product has been accessed or downloaded.

SavvySuite CRM services are provided on a month-to-month or annual basis. There is no long-term contract required.

You may cancel your subscription at any time by providing written notice to Savvy Digital Studio no less than 30 days before your next billing date. Notice must be submitted via email to [email protected].

You will retain access to your account through the end of your current billing period. No prorated refunds will be issued for unused time remaining in a billing cycle.

Annual subscribers who cancel mid-term will not receive a refund for the remaining months of the annual period. Savvy Digital Studio reserves the right to offer a credit or accommodation at its sole discretion.

Prior to your SavvySuite account closure date, you are solely responsible for completing all of the following:

Downloading and saving all contacts, data, files, forms, workflows, campaign content, reports, and any other information stored in your account. Savvy Digital Studio is not responsible for data loss after an account is closed.

Cancelling or porting any phone numbers assigned to your account. Phone numbers not ported or cancelled prior to account closure will be released and may not be recoverable. Savvy Digital Studio is not responsible for the loss of any phone number that was not ported or cancelled before closure.

Disconnecting or transferring any third-party integrations, connected apps, or external accounts — including but not limited to Google, Facebook, payment processors, and email service providers — before your account is closed.

Updating or removing any DNS records, domain connections, or subdomains pointing to services hosted within your account.

Savvy Digital Studio will not be held liable for any loss, disruption, or damages resulting from failure to complete the above responsibilities prior to account closure.

By completing registration for any Savvy Digital Studio workshop or purchasing any digital product, you agree to the following additional terms.

Workshop registrations are personal and non-transferable without prior written consent from Savvy Digital Studio. Seats are limited and confirmed upon receipt of full payment. Access details will be sent to the email address provided at checkout.

Workshops may be delivered live online, in-person, or as pre-recorded experiences depending on the specific offering. Savvy Digital Studio reserves the right to change the delivery format, date, or facilitator with reasonable notice. In the event of a cancellation by Savvy Digital Studio, participants will receive a credit or reschedule option.

Where a group coaching call or VIP session is included in a purchase tier, it is conducted in a group format and is not a one-on-one session. If you are unable to attend the scheduled session, a recording will be made available where applicable. No refund or credit is issued for inability to attend a group session.

Digital products including templates, prompt toolkits, recorded courses, and downloadable resources are licensed for personal and business use only. You may not share, redistribute, resell, or republish any content without prior written permission from Savvy Digital Studio. All sales are final once access has been granted.

Where replay access is included in a workshop or program purchase, the duration and terms of that access will be specified in your registration confirmation. Access to workshop materials, recordings, templates, and resources is granted for personal and business use only.

You may not share login credentials, share replay links, redistribute recordings, or make any workshop content available to individuals who have not purchased access. Savvy Digital Studio reserves the right to modify, update, or retire content at any time.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. Notify Savvy Digital Studio immediately at [email protected] if you become aware of any unauthorized access or security breach affecting your account.

You agree not to use Savvy Digital Studio services for any unlawful purpose, including but not limited to sending unsolicited communications (spam), violating CAN-SPAM, TCPA, GDPR, or any other applicable law governing electronic communications, data privacy, or marketing practices.

You may not use our platform or services to harass, defraud, impersonate, or harm others. Violation of this section may result in immediate account suspension or termination without refund.

All content produced by Savvy Digital Studio — including but not limited to workshop recordings, slides, curriculum, templates, prompt frameworks, AI tools, written materials, branding, and training programs — is the intellectual property of Savvy Digital Studio LLC and Jo-Anne Newby.

Your purchase grants you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use purchased materials for your own business purposes. This licence does not permit you to teach, resell, sublicense, or create derivative products based on Savvy Digital Studio content without prior written consent.

Results from any Savvy Digital Studio service, workshop, or digital product will vary based on individual effort, business context, prior experience, and application of the material. Savvy Digital Studio makes no guarantee of specific outcomes, revenue, or business results from participation in any program or use of any service.

All services and products are educational and operational in nature and are not a substitute for professional legal, financial, technical, or medical advice.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Savvy Digital Studio's total liability to you for any claim arising out of or related to these terms or our services shall not exceed the total amount paid by you to Savvy Digital Studio in the 30 days immediately preceding the claim.

Savvy Digital Studio is not liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of data, loss of revenue, loss of business opportunity, or costs of substitute services, even if advised of the possibility of such damages.

Savvy Digital Studio reserves the right to update these Terms and Conditions at any time. Material changes will be communicated via email or notice within your account. Continued use of any Savvy Digital Studio service after notice of updated terms constitutes acceptance of those changes.

These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising under these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Hillsborough County, Florida.
